     The goal of the Administrative Core of the Tailored Biobehavioral Tailored Biobehavioral Interventions Research Center at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Nursing (CON) is to facilitate research on tailored biobehavioral interventions that will advance science and inform clinical practice.  

The specific aims of the Administrative Core are to:

1. Implement an organizational structure to direct, facilitate, and support Center goals.
      a. Coordinate Center activities.
      b. Manage all financial affairs of the Center.
      c. Evaluate the outcomes of the Center.

2.  Facilitate research on tailored biobehavioral interventions.
      a. Establish a Tailored Biobehavioral Intervention Literature Database.
      b. Identify researchers and recruit them into the Center.
      c. Refine the Center Process Model for Developing and Testing Tailored
          Biobehavioral Interventions.
      d. Disseminate the Center Process Model for Developing and Testing Tailored
          Biobehavioral Interventions.
