PILOT RESEARCH
PROGRAM
The Tailored Biobehavioral Interventions
Research Center will fund up to three
pilot studies each year. To be considered for funding, an
investigator must:

Become a
Center
Investigator

All primary investigators
must hold a doctoral degree and meet one of the following criteria

An established investigator with
no previous work on individualized biobehavioral interventions
-
A previously funded, beginning
or mid-career investigator who would benefit from additional pilot
work to apply for an RO1-type study
-
A new investigator who has never
been a principal investigator funded with a Department of Health and
Human Service research project grant.
Full time faculty from the
UAMS Colleges of Health Related Professions, Medicine, Pharmacy, and
Public Health may serve as PI on Center grants with a CON faculty member
as Co-PI or may serve as a Co-PI with a member of the CON faculty
serving as the PI.
